Northeast Flavor MagazineNORTHEAST FLAVOR is a new regional quarterly magazine about food,wine and dining,scheduled to debut in November.  According to it is,“the brainchild of Spencer Smith and Jean Kerr,owners of culinary book publishing outfit Smith-Kerr Associates.”  Smith is the publisher,while Kerr,a cookbook author and former editor of TASTE OF THE SEACOAST magazine,is editor-in-chief.

Each issue of Northeast FLAVOR featu res delicious recipes and techniques for home cooks,great restaurants and their chefs,healthy,simple,family-friendly menus,seasonal flavors,celebrity chef profiles,and more. Each article is written and designed with our readers in mind. Our intent is to entertain and inform while maximizing each advertiser’s exposure.
